In this extremely difficult time for the community due to the COVID-19 outbreak, all classes will be conducted online in an effort to stay connected!

Important notes:

  • Once your registration is processed, you will receive an email to confirm your dancer’s class schedule.
  • Placement will depend on space availability, teacher approval, dancer’s age/ skill level and previous experience.
  • If a class is full, your request will be placed on a wait list until a spot opens up.
  • No make-up or refunds for missed classes. Consistency with attendance is important.
  • Tuition can be paid online as per the guidelines shared over email sent with the registration confirmation.
  • Revised tuition for online classes is $60/month (for 4 classes). Students can pick one or more class days to explore various dance styles/levels.
  • Free trial class for new starters.
  • Sibling Or Multi-class discount: $5/month/family

Online Class Tuition: $60/month (due by the first class of every month)

REGISTRATION FORM

Waiver & Release of liability: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sameeksha Performing Arts against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf. If Sameeksha Performing Arts incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse Sameeksha Performing Arts.
I give full rights to Sameeksha Performing Arts and its staff to use photos and video images of me or my child to use for promotional purposes. Photos and videos will be used in advertisements and other promotional material created by the class. I have read, understand and agree to the above stated photo releases.
My signature is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional waiver and release of all liability pursuant to the terms herein, and agreement as to all terms and conditions contained above. I am of lawful age and competent to sign this affirmation.
I HAVE FULLY INFORMED MYSELF AS TO THE CONTENTS OF THIS RELEASE AND HAVE READ THE SAME.
